I check every listing on your own website against seven points and tell you which ones contradict themselves, which have the price wrong and which can no longer be sold. For agencies in Spain that sell to international buyers and want their listings right before anyone else notices.

Seven checks on every listing on your own website
I read the listings published on an agency's own website, one by one. Each check comes out as fine, fail or «not stated». The rule above all others: I only state what is on the page. If something is not there, it is «not stated»; I never assume it.

| 1 · Price | A crossed-out «previous» price lower than the current one, or wildly out of proportion; no word on what the price includes. |
| 2 · Sold or reserved, still listed | The text says sold, reserved or agreed and the listing is still up as available. |
| 3 · Contradictions | Size, bedrooms or bathrooms that do not match between the description and the data sheet, with nothing explaining why. |
| 4 · A sign inside the photo | A SOLD or RESERVED sticker on the first photo, which no search engine or portal can read. |
| 5 · Reference | No reference a buyer could quote on the phone. |
| 6 · Energy certificate | No rating letter, or values no real home would have. |
| 7 · Legal notice | The text still cites the Spanish data protection law repealed in 2018. |

Your whole portfolio, listing by listing, from 190 € + VAT for up to 20 listings. If I do not find at least ten specific things to fix, there is no invoice. Every serious finding is checked by hand before it reaches you.
The full terms, every price band and the guarantees are on the Spanish pages, which are the reference: la auditoría, punto por punto and precios. Reports can be written in English or in Spanish, as you prefer. I am not a lawyer and the audit is not a legal opinion.
